anxiousally My tip is really bad. Do not take this advice. People say don’t be on your phone before bed because the light from the screen keeps you awake. I have somehow trained my brain to fall asleep very soon after I start browsing the web on my phone. 🤪
Deep breathing might be a good idea. Or, simply read a book. Or, maybe exercise before bed, then you're pooped from that.
