I’m going to start meditating daily again. I used to, then stopped. I truly notice a difference with my anxiety if I meditate.
Not every time. There are bad sessions where my mind is all over the place and I feel just as anxious afterwards.
But, meditation isn’t a cure. It’s a tool that sometimes helps. I’ll be using the Insight Timer app. Because it is free and there are a ton of guided meditations.
You can meditate anywhere where and anytime. And you just need a timer, a guided session isn’t necessary. But, since I’m trying to form this habit again, the guided sessions may help.
